I know it quit difficult, and it demands perseverance, will-power and some other energieses. Anytime when we are in the flying of fancy,when we feel a cry from the heart, in a high spirits mood or when we feel a deep soul pain, we know God always offers us protection, which help us to contemplate our life, and makes us unconscious in state,in which we can with all of us strength of mind do all our plans, points and feel the unity of peace, supernatural powers, love ad warm energy....... :)
